Movement 🤝 Well-Being


I was thinking the other day how to best break down why I love training mobility so much.

It was hard to put into words, but this is what I came up with:

1. The Physical Health Boost
Regular movement supports cardiovascular health, maintains weight, and enhances overall physical resilience. There's virtually no need to live life with tightness and stiffness.

2. The Mental Clarity & Joy of Movement
Movement releases endorphins, promoting mental clarity, reducing stress, and fostering a sense of joy. It's a prescription for a positive mindset.

3. The Investment in Longevity
Embracing movement isn't just for today; it's an investment in a future filled with activity and longevity.

I'm not sure about you, but I want to be just as mobile at 80 years old as I am right now. Or at least damn close.

Plus, for the most part - It barely takes much time out of the day.

In just a 15 minute routine you can easily see massive gains in the mobility department.
